IFS academy: e-learning activities NOT available

Hi there:

 

In the Academy e-learning parts(i.e. customer order process flow), why can I ONLY see the first part_3.1 and where are the other parts? While I can see and study them earlier.

 

See the screen captures below.

 

Please help me finding that! Thank you very much!

We have identified this as a problem in the uploaded training material (SCORM) and will resolve it during the coming weeks..

@Yogi.  Thanks for looking into this.  To be clear, this has affected all the optional eLearning topics with multiple chapters under the Apps 10 for Consultants .  I was working on two other ones that had the same problem.

The local help files I have (IFS8) do not correspond with the screens I see in IFS. How to get updated help files?

Note: I’m trying to learn how to use Failure Modes and Effects Analysis in IFS8. I’m in something called “IFS Training Material Help Pages”.

It’s not very much help at all, sadly.

Please advise!
