I get an error when previewing a Report Studio - Designer layout in Build Place.

Can't I use a Report Studio - Designer layout in Build Place?
Error:The Print Job can not be printed due to Redis queue failure. Contact System Administrator

Currently, the 'Print Report' functionality is not supported for Report Studio - Designer layouts within build-place environments. Previewing layouts in this environment is exclusively limited to the Report Studio Designer tool itself. To visualize a designed report with actual data, users must either transition to a use place environment or import the layout into a use place instance.

The Note in the ALE Documentation states that the 'Print Report' option is not available for Report Studio - Designer layouts within build environments.

However, we have registered with Idea that we would like Report Studio to be available in the build place environment.
