Error while open BR

You can change macro security settings in the Trust Center, unless a system administrator in your organization has changed the default settings to prevent you from changing the settings.

1. On the Developer tab, in the Code group, click Macro Security.

   

    

2. In the Macro Settings category, under Macro Settings, click the option that you want.

I tried to change the macro setting, but the issue still there.

what is the meaning of NET. security policy, is there any security policy for netframwork?!!

Microsoft has released some kind of change to Excel in the Office 365 Insiders Channel. Check your office version and if it is on the insiders channel, change it to the Current or Monthly Enterprise channel to fix the issue.
