Hi!

Please provide material for developing Qfact tables, which are used in IFS BR.

It is possible but it takes a bit of effort.

You go to a screen called Quick Information Sources (IFS EE), then Draft a Quick Information Source (QIS).

You can base it on a standard LU/View, or on an IAL (custom view).

Then click “Create an Information Source from Selected QIS Draft”.  You’ll be able to see it in Information Sources window.

This creates database objects. You will likely have to grant the Information Source to your user before you can use it in a report (search for database objects like QFACT% and QDIM%)

There is a LOT to know about creating the information source, types of attributes (light, measures etc.) and connecting dimensions (you can create Quick Dimensions in much the same way).

There is pretty good documentation in the IFS online help, so I would recommend you review that.

Hope this helps!
