Trying to refresh a Data Mart Source and receiving the following error:
ORA-20110: Error while refreshing Data Mart Source (CONSOL_BALANCE_MVT) - resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired
How do I debug/resolve this issue?

Hi, I just had a quick check and noted that bug ID 158311 has been addressed similar scenario.
The fact FACT_CONSOL_PER_DET_BAL has incorrect incremental metadata which leads to error when refreshing data mart table.
The consequence is that it is not possible to incrementally update the data mart source.
A correction is needed in the Marble model ConsolPerDetBal.fact.
It is the definition of the Incremental Fetch Statement that is incorrect
A correction in Dev Studio leads to a modified SnapshotMetaData_GroconBIFactConsolPerDetBal.ins file.
Further noted that you have raised the support case G2254155 to address this. a consultant will check and get back to you
