Seems like the created manifest has some issues. Can you please re-create the manifest file and re-check?

Verify if multiple versions of Business Reporter are installed on the user’s machine. If so, ensure only one version remains installed.

If there is only one version, proceed with a reinstallation of Business Reporter.

  1. If you don’t have the correct version of the BR client, first install it via add-on section of your landing page.
  1. Check the IAM client setup for the business reporter.

I confirmed the other actions but I don’t know what the manifest file is that you mentioned, or where to find it.

Can you open Excel and check whether there are multiple records for Business Reporter in Com Add-ins window?

Thank you for confirming. Based on my understanding, if you have only one installation, it seems that a previous uninstallation or the current installation was not completed properly.

I recommend uninstalling the current version and reinstalling it to resolve the issue.
