Issue

Can not export quick report result to excel if the report have a bind variable and I leave it empty. For example, if I have a where statment like this: where company like nvl('&Company', '%'). If I run the report in IEE and leave it empty it works fine. But if I try to export it to excel I get the error "Stream was not readable".

Resolution

Identified this as a bug, and this is fixed in APPS10 UPD20.
