You will need to follow setup instructions from the Technical Documentation for setting up Maintenix. I’m not familiar with your environment details, but to see the nature of the error you can look at Kibana, or any system that is ingesting your log files.
If you don’t have that setup, you can find the log file for Maintenix in the ifsmaintenix-appserver pods. After connecting to the pod, get the log here: /opt/ifs/standalone/log/server.log.
You may see errors in the start up indicating that an expected database schema is not present.
