Hello,

I would ask you a question, how can I download and use power bi or other visual tool (maybe tableau) instead of Lobby?

Thanks

Hi,

IFS Data can be extracted to an external container in order to be analyzed, and presented in for example PowerBI.

Depending on the versions and deployment, there are several options - all under the Analysis Models umbrella. In IFS Cloud namely the traditional SQL server and the new datalake (mostly in 24R2) are used.

Please see:
https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r2/050_reporting/600_analysis_models/

in 24R2 also possible with Parquet & datalake:

When you have a ready PowerBI report, that can be viewed in IFS Cloud:

@Ed22 Power BI Desktop is free to download and use! As your use case is to find a lobby replacement, then I suspect that you would also need to share this information. If this is the case, then you will need to dive into the world of Power BI service and the user licensing that would be involved. Best case scenario is when you can justify Fabric capacity as it makes sharing within an organization easier without managing individual licenses for report consumers. This is just the tip of the iceberg and the documentation shared by SamiL above will help you see what IFS has setup to facilitate some of the ETL process
