+8We have noticed that update action is not possible to grant in the Projection SalesmanHandling which is related to Salespersons window. Because of this issue the customfields which we had in IFS9 are not editable. Anyone aware why is it done like that and have a solution?

Even if you login as a super user, you cannot see ‘edit’ option.
So this is how the screen has been designed or it may be a bug.
I suggest you raise a ticket to IFS and check if ‘edit’ option can be enabled.
