In many applicatons currently a possibility of taking a photo and attaching it within the application is so common these days.
My suggestion is to implement a functionality while for exmaple in shop order you can add attachments to the object via using photo icon and taking a picture right from the mobile device. Before save you choose document category and attachment is connected to the object.
Is there any forum where I can put suggestions for improvements for new releases?

you can post such suggestions under the “Ideas” section. Ideas are monitored and considered by IFS RnD directly.
If you have a very clear business need/case, a detailed description of that requirement is of course most helpful.

Thank you Mikko, I am either unlucky or have no sufficient right to do so but I will find a way.
Business case is very simple. In many areas but mostly in food industry for quality purposes you always need a photo prove of packaging and labels, lot batch etc. For every batch or whole productionr, you need to take pictures and store it either in separate folders, rename it and manually attach it. It is rather time consuming compared to my suggestion above.
