Regarding region in scheduling information

Hello,

Just wanted to know what is the significance of the region in the below snippet.

I am trying to input the region but nothing is being reflected in Dispatch console.

Hi, 

 This region uses as a constraint in PSO to plan resources. ( Additionally, there is a form called Scheduling resource region to connect regions to resources to make this mapping work)
