For the receipts for which this is enabled for IFSDAL what is in the Lot/Batch No. field?

I need that when right-clicking, when enabling the list, the option to change the batch number appears as it appears for the IFSDAL user, I want it to appear for any other user.

Can you please compare base profile for normal users and IFSDAL.

Additional to this, please follow below steps to check whether Change Lot Batch No… command is enabled to for normal users’s base profile.

@erik.dalton I asked for the value in the Lot/Batch No field because this command should be selectable only when the value in this field is ‘*’. This was required for when arrivals of lot/batch parts could be registered with a value of ‘*’ but would later require changing to a non-* value before moving into stock. As it is at least at Apps10 UPD16 you cannot register arrival of lot/batch parts with the value of ‘*’; you must use a non-* lot/batch number.

Is it possible you have a modification in place that allows a user to change the lot/batch number prior to moving into stock?

For other users, the option to change batch does not appear when right-clicking as shown in the image. I compared the users and checked the options as shown in the image, they are the same and do not appear to the user.

Subjected command would only be available when Lot/Batch No. field having ‘*’ and Part should be ‘Lot Tracked’.
