Hi, I have a quick question, which projection or projection group is responsible for displaying attachments directly in the system,
Unfortunately I have a problem, where when the permissions of some employees who are neither approvers nor authorizers are limited, they cannot view attached documents/invoices that are not assigned directly to them, and according to the process they should have it, the problem lies in the permissions, however, because when I turn on their permissions-all for a moment, even though they do not have the status of approvers or authorizers, they can view the documents,
Maybe some of you have encountered this problem, if so please let me know as at the beginning, thank you

@Simon_1973

Did you assign the Document_Attachment_Cloud permission to your users?

Hi @Simon_1973

In our application, we have created various document classes and person groups.  On the Document Basic ‘Assess Template’ screen we grant specific groups to each document class.  If a user needs to be able to view a document, we have to add them to the person group.

Another thing to verify is if the document is ‘checked in’.

What kind of error are you seeing when a user can view an attachment.

I solved the problem, it turned out that it was not a matter of additional permissions, but adding users to the appropriate group in the documentation management area
