I’m not sure if this is the best place to look, do you have access to your IFS Service Portal (https://support.ifs.com/)? If you submit that request there, the IFS employees should be able to look up all of your information and get you in contact with your account manager. 

I doubt users on this board, even if they are IFS employees, would be able to access that information.

Just a thought, I hope you get in contact with them soon.
