Hi Folks
I was wondering why if a job is cancelled in FSM and still shows in PSO? Why is a delay and is there any way to avoid this? i.e cancel only PSO (if possible)
Sorry I am new to both systems!

I’m not familiar with FSM, but PSO is a completely separate system that talks to IFS through messaging. I could imagine there is some delay in the synchronization, but a large delay would not be normal. Are you saying that the job is not removing from PSO at all?
Would it be possible to remove the unnecessary job directly from PSO using the PSO Workbench?
If the access has been granted you can access that through the Scheduling pages (Scheduling Optimization Configuration under the three dots of your Configuration ID) in IFS Cloud.
Hi there
Ty so much for the reply. The call eventually removed and I feel like it has to be a sync issue between FSM/PSO.
Where the sync issue is exactly is the question. I am going to try collect more examples and review our Admin/IT dept.
I will come back and repost if I find something else or still stuck.
