I am using 25R1 and has subscribed to IFS.ai services and has a x # of tokens at my disposal. Since the number of tokens are limited and expires in an year, i want to make sure that i put them to the maximum use that gets the best value for the organization.
Hence, i am keen to know if there is any way to limit the token consumption by any of the following parameters.
1. By the user by time period - Only allocating x number of tokens per person per designated time period? 2. By the Use Case by time period - Setting aside certain number of Tokens per use case per designated time period?
3. By the Time period - Allocating a limited number of tokens per month, week and/or a day across all users?
Any help on this is really appreciated.
Thanks and Regards, Sachitha D

For any one following this thread, please note that I have found the answer to this question and posting it below.
Currently, in IFS Cloud 25R1, token consumption for IFS.ai is managed at the tenant level. There is no system functionality available to limit or allocate tokens based on individual users, specific use cases, or defined time periods such as daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
This means it is not possible at present to cap token usage:
Per user over a defined time period Per use case over a defined time period Globally across users by day, week, or month
Token usage is consumed collectively based on actual use of IFS.ai features across the environment. As a practical approach, recommended approach by IFS is to start managing usage through role-based access, where IFS.ai features are enabled only for selected users or roles initially.
A phased rollout to a smaller group of users can also help monitor overall consumption and evaluate value before enabling access more broadly.
Additionally, reviewing overall tenant-level usage trends can assist in adjusting enablement decisions.
Hope this helps for others who are curious on the same questions.
