Hi,

Check company info document logotype. If not any, define path. This image file also should be placed in server(with same file path).

Other reason might be related with instant invoice report code which brings jpg file to the report.
 

You need to enter the name of your own logo in the Company window, the General tab

If that does not do it you need a system developer to update the Instant Invoice layout.

In IFS Cloud you can navigate to the report images logos. Here you can add your company logo, or delete the IFS standard one. If you delete the default IFS one and upload your company logo and give it the same name as the IFS default (IFSlogbw.gif) all reports will be given your company logo.

As mentioned above, you can also specify the logo file you want used here per company in the company form. This can be useful for cases where different companies will require different logos.

Finally, You can use the report designer to remove the logo just from the instant invoice layout.
