Hello,

wanted to know process of getting connection to pl/sql developer from hosted environments at IFS Managed Cloud services. 

Please suggest if we have to raise ticket for the same/get VPN like Build Place

Please raise a Service Now Case asking more details. They will guide you how take a VPN connection to IFS Managed Cloud service servers. (There is a form to be filled & send back to IFS)

As I know there is a commercial component involved where I recommend to contact your sales representative. 

Once you have established the VPN connection you can use COG to find out the connection string information. Credential can be taken via another SNOW case.
