IFS Cloud Upgrade to 24R2- Failing at Order topic environment step

Hi,

  1. Trying to upgrade IFS cloud to 24R2 from 23R1 but it’s failing at Order topic environment step (attached screenshot), we have followed the  steps which are mentioned in the below mentioned doc, we have tried to delete the topic environment and reordered but failing .

  1. As we don’t have any customizations in out build place till now so can we directly upgrade build place to latest version by skipping any steps?

    That usually requires the decomissioning of the build place followed by a recomissioning with the latest version. So that can be a long route.

    Please make a support ticket mentioning this possiblity - support will either solve your current issue or assist in de/recomissioning.

    Raised IFS ticket for this issue CS0395626, awaiting IFS response.

    If issue not resolved then will go with the decommission of build place and create again, do we have any document for this process?, if you share it with us that will be helpful.
