We are in the middle of completing our first Service Update. We got to the part where we are now waiting for the Sanity Build to be completed.

The next steps in our training guide mentions “usual delivery process” after the Sanity build is complete, however we have not done a delivery before.

I am trying to find documentation or steps that we need to do during the “delivery process” after a service update.

Do you know where I can find that or what the “delivery process” is after a Sanity build is complete for a Service update?

@jamie.malangyaon  in short from this point that would be

  1. Once the sanity build is succesfull, press the hOrder Delivery] button.
  2. Wait until the environment is created, test if you want and press sApprove delivery]
  3. Now you should be able to go to the support portal, request a service → Request a cloud service → and then have this tile
  4. Schedule it for one or more test environments.

  5. Once those are succesfully installed, you can repeat step 3 to install to your live environment.
