IFS Cloud Keyboard Shortcut is only working in Edge

Hi @CurJulieN,

for me the keyboard shortcuts work in both browsers but only in combination with regards to the mouse pointer location on the screen.

I’ve never noticed this before, but for the keyboard shortcuts to work, it looks like the mouse pointer needs to hover over the element to which you want to create a new record to.

I tried this in a few places(pages, lists) and behavior is the same for both “Alt + N” and “Alt+ S”

Thank you for the thorough response. It is working the same for me.

I tried the same under "customer" but couldn't seem to get it to work.

Do you experience the same problem?

Also, do you know if it will be corrected so that the Alt+N command works no matter where the mouse pointer is placed?

for me it seems to work the same way regardless if I am in a List or a Form.

Do you know @Charith Epitawatta if this is indeed by design?

This is by design because there can be multiple plusses on the page.
