How to effectively manage a change request window when interacting with multiple companies and their respective sites
Please kindly follow our scenario:
Given the current organizational policies, we will be utilizing multiple companies. I defined a part in 2 Sites with different Part types and when I want to create a Change request the IFS can not see that part separately. what should I do in Site configuration to config that as I want.
Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Site > Site
I go to this window and get query with sites: BABOL; MAZEL

The attributes of the part are controlled first by the Master Part. When you set up the part first as a Master Part, there are certain attributes and change functions that are controlled at the master part level and not at the inventory part level. Likewise, there are attributes that are site specific that can be controlled independently at the Inventory Part Level that can be different from site to site.
There is nothing you can change in the site configuration that will allow attributes controlled at the Master Part level to be independent from one site to another.
If what you want to see is going to be different at the top level (Master Part) attributes, then simply, it requires two part numbers because they are different.
I don’t know enough about your scenario other than attempting to process a change request, but if it is the IFS Engineering Change request, that is associated with the Master/Engineering part which is a more global aspect rather than Site level with the inventory part.

The exact issue is: I defined one part in 2 sites with 2 different types (Purchased Raw, Manufactured). Now I want to create a change request and this is not dependent on sites. How can I separate them in the Object Connection Tab in Change Request for just a common part in 2 sites? Kind thanks.

The simple answer is that you can’t. It is the same part number as far as the Object Connection is concerned because it is at the Master Part level.
Either the change affects the part even though it is both parts or it doesn’t. If it doesn’t affect both parts, then should it be the same part number?
@kimia To connect the Part (aka Master Part or Part Catalog) or the Part Revision (which is site-specific) to a Change Request, the Object Connections for each LU would need to have EcrObjectConn^ listed as shown.
