In IFS Cloud, after we have changed the home page to a specific view (e.g. a KPI Lobby), how can we set home page back to the landing page?

There seems to be no option to select the landing page from Recent Screens and click the home page icon. We would really like to revert home page to the landing page for users since it contains client branding.

Thanks,
Sayeef

navigate to https://%YOUR_SERVER_URL%/main/ifsapplications/web/start then set the home button from recent screens

Hi Dariel,

This works when trying to set your home page to any other page EXCEPT the landing page, unfortunately.

works for me!

What Landing page are you referring to? Not the default “Welcome” page?

You’re right !

I checked all other internal environments, customer environments, past and present cloud versions - they all allow you to select the Welcome / landing page as the home page.

It’s only one specific customer environment where the Welcome page is not appearing in Recent screens. Which makes it an IT issue rather than a product issue. Time to raise a ticket.

Thanks,
Sayeef

For individual users,
Click the root of the breadcrumbs(the blue circle). This will take you to the Welcome page.
This will also add the page to recent screens from where you can set it to be the startup page (Home).

For Admins,
Clear/Edit the profile entry.

We have noted the ambiguity here and are planning for improvements in 24R2.

This is not a IT issue or a product issue. Recent screens show only the last 8 pages the user has visited. If the user has visited 8 pages recently that are not the Welcome page, the welcome page will not be there. In most internal environments the startup page has not been changed so almost every user visits Welcome page in the past 8 pagers.
