Hello,
I am looking to see if there is a reference guide as to what permissions to assign each role?
We are having a hard time doing this.
ie: AR
AP
Customer Service
FInance Manger
etc
If not, I would be greatly appreciative of any insight on this

Hello Stacy,
If general guidance for setting user permissions would be helpful, you might reference the Permission Sets section of the IFS Cloud Administration Guide. I’m not sure about specific permission guidance based on the roles you mentioned. I hope this helps in meantime.

This old IFS Community thread on the community was also helpful to me. It describes the iteration process to setting things up. It is a manual process via the PermissionSetNavigatorTree in my screenshot.
Our complete process involves below steps where the functional roles (step1) and linked setup (via the screenshot step4) is assisted by our implementation partner.
