Event PDF_Report_Created parameters IFS Cloud 24R2

Hi Sarah,

We switched from “PDF Created” events to using report rules and it’s so much better.  Also, I think it’s the IFS preferred method to send emails out of the system.  The administrators benefit is that you can turn on report rule history and troubleshoot which conditions are being met to make adjustments to your rules.  Good Luck!!

​@AussieAnders thanks for that information - shows why no parameters where in the e-mail it genertated as they have removed collective invoice print from the list of reports.

Hi all

we used to use &REPLY_TO_USER as sender so our customers/suppliers could respond directly to such mails.

In Apps10 this worked flawless since Identity was created as firstname.lastname

in Cloud this no longer works, as identity is now either a random number, or 3 letter firstname/lasttime combination.

Any other variable that could be used?

We have several situations in cloud where we have to retrieve email address information for the report rule as there are no report attributes that contain email address information.  See the attached document for an example.
