If you never use it just delete it from the system.
But I don’t recommend you to delete user who doesn’t use IFS anymore or left the company. Sometimes they come back. In such cases just remove all permissions and deactivate it.

at first deassign all permission sets, sites, companies etc.
If you have already created some objects (orders etc.) with this user then you can’t delete it anymore. But you can deactivate it.

Hi, yes you are right, I deassigned the company & sites & was able to delete it (as no WO/Tasks were assigned to it) as we just moved to PROD.
I want to know in future if some tasks are assigned to a user, should I try to delete person records, resource, employees etc. tagged to his user id & then deactivate the user OR not do anything , just deactivate the user. What’s the right approach?
