Calculating Sales Commissions

we did the following in a DWH/BI-environment:
 

We use it in a FACT_CustomerOrderLines (short COL) as:
 

Hmmm,
because we calculate the ContributionMargin in the FACT_Sales
(FACT_CustomerInvoiceLines (CIL) joined to COL and other “sources”)
we could calculate the commission based on profit as well.

This should also be interesting:
The rebate amount is fixed in IFS and could not be changed even when the customer does not reach the amount of (yearly) turnover.
With a excel-based input (agreementid, customerno, old rebaterate, new rebaterate) we calculate the TotalRebateAmount (and show the xxOrg)
