Hi, 

 

I have add a new country in IFS Aurena because I would like to use it in the assistant “Quick Register Customer”. Why can’t I select the new country in “Quick Register Customer”? Is there some update I have to do first?

if a simple hard refresh of your browser does not do the trick and an enabled country still isn’t available from the drop-down menu, or vice versa, a disabled country is still available, try clearing your cache.

 

In a nutshell: write the following as the URL – https://<ServerName>:<Port>/main/ifsapplications/web/server/clearmetadatacache - and press enter.

You will not be redirected to any specific page, and the URL reverts back to the URL you were in to begin with, but Aurena’s metadatacache will be cleared. After that try again, hope this helps!
