In the Disposition Shop Order, when I RMB on the Disposition Line → Select Part Identified. I get the below error message.
“Owning Customer, no needs to have a value for Customer Owned stock”

Hi
For the respective part, the Owner field is blank in the Inventory Part In Stock page. This missing ownership detail causes the error when updating the disposition line status.
Recommend performing a data repair to set the Owner to the appropriate User ID, the error no longer appears. The Disposition Shop Order can then be successfully approved without any issues.
