Hello Shivam, 

IFS Cloud allows you to select favorite records by the use of a heart icon. Further, on the bookmarks bar, you can select different icons for easy access to different pages. e.g. an Airplane Icon for an Aviation Complex MRO Shop Visit page.

Further you can add icons in IFS Lobbies to indicate status of Boolean Fields. 

However, we do not support emojis in standard text fields and other special symbols for favorite records.
