When a period is set , what can be analyzed ?

'Validity Period for Analysis' for Competency

The “Validity Period for Analysis” controls how far back the system looks when evaluating competencies. Only assessments within that period are used for competency level calculation and gap analysis.
Results can be seen in employee competency profiles, competency analysis screens, and position matching views.
