Quick question regarding changes to the base salary. In previous IFS versions (Apps 9 for example) it was possible to change the base salary using an amount or a percentage. In Cloud the percentage option is no longer available on the compensation page. It is only available for compensation types other than the base salary and is then calculated off the base salary.

The only other option to increase the base salary using a percentage is by using the Salary Planning Review functionality. Some of my customers do not want to use this though (for various reasons).

How is everyone handling this now? Are you using the new functionality or are you customising this?
