We are using Apps 8 for time recording and payroll and would like to know if it is possible to amend time registration information AFTER it has been authorised and transferred to payroll without having to re-open the payroll.
The amendments required do not relate to payable elements so there would be no change to the payroll payment.
Do you want to amend it from the attendance end or Through the Payroll Variable Data ?
If from Payroll Variable data , you need to re-open the payroll.
if it is from Attendance there is something called Access to Transferred Data / Change Transferred data kindly check if this can be found in Apps 08.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have checked and in Apps 8 we do not appear to have the option you refer to. However, whilst looking I have discovered ‘Change Transferred Results’. I am currently looking to see if this offers something to meet our requirements. We are wanting to amend results at the Attendance End so hopefully this will give us what we need.
