Version: IFS Cloud 25R1

In Training Event page, when user try to modify the dates, it will be automatically update based on training duration. When user try to edit, it will always validate based on training duration

When user try to modify the dates into ‘Training Events’ overview page, system will allow to modify and it doesn’t validate with based on training duration.

This seems to be bug and need to be resolved. 

Please provide your suggestions/ feedback, if any.

Hi,

Have you connected a course to your training event? When a course is connected the information from the course override the settings on the training event.

You usually get a question if you want to use the information from the course when connecting it to the training event.

Yes, course is connected with training event. I am aware that system will ask to update the course dates into training event.

The issue reported is, that system is allowing to modify any dates into ‘Training Events’ screen and not validating based on training duration. This is wrong behavior.

System is correctly validating into ‘Training Event’ screen based on training duration.
