How the authorizations can be delegated to another person in case the main authorizer is on leave?
+1Hi This is possible through the Delegate Roles functionality.
Standard mode will give them access to everything.
By selecting the Advanced Mode you can specify partial access to be granted to limit it to only time sheets for example. You can then delegate different tasks to different individuals.
You may want to initially consult the access details for the employee before doing the delegation.
+5Is it the case that person I’m delegating access to, he/she needs to have any specific access in order to see time authorization requests for my employees ?
As mentioned above I tried delegating acess to one of my team members and this was the result,
If he already has HR supervisor access then he’s anyways able to see all employees data and if I remove his HR access then he’s not able to see any data not even for my employees (when I have delegated my access to him).
