there is no employee connected to current user

in the IFS , the employee 13177 was using system perfectly and used the expenses sheet page.

he is in leave and system display this error message when we open expenses sheet page.

I checked his account in the create account page and his account is linked to the personal information.

 

please advise

the issue was resolved by HR manager.

it was related to access on payroll.

Hi @Nagah.khaled 

You will get this error when there is no employee is connected to the current logging user.

Go to Persons window and query for the user ID you used to loggin. Then check the connected person for the user ID and see if there is any employee connected for that person. 

If you logged using the user ID of employee 13177, it should be correcly connected to the person id of employee 13177.

Actually the account is linked to the correct person.

in both create user page and person page.

but still system displays the same error.

Have you already logged using user id 13177?

Hi @Nagah.khaled 

I think the error message refers to this screen.

Try to assign him an employee ID if not happen.

Maybe you can test it on your test environment.

I already logged using his account.

the employee 13177 is HR employee who is recorded in company 901-shared services and managing all employees in all companies.

I added his data in company 106 but still system give the same result.

 

before 1 month we created account for employee  13029 as copy from the original account 11377 but for one company only 131.

the new account is working for the mentioned company.

but the old account is not working !
