How to assign anyone for multiple company supervisor?

Hi
When you select the employee from the supervisor access setup window, the supervised organizations need to be selected for the particular employee. However, when tick the HR Application Manager box, it will be applicable for all the supervised organizations. The below screenshot might be helpful.
