Good afternoon. I have given the CFO access to the Financial Manager under Position - Access Setup:
However, when I go to the Supervisor - Access Setup window, I see the Access Setup for the CFO under “Access Setup” but nothing under “Supervised Employees”. What am I missing? Many thanks. Anya

Go to person window and check whether the person is connected to an user ID.
Once connected to an user id go back and refresh the page you would see the supervised employees
your setup is missing the employee and person connection. Your person is connected to an employee but not an user, Once connected it will resolve the issue.
I checked from my end and it worked.
Hi Dharshan, thank you very much. It is working now but I had to add the details using the “New” button under Access Setup and then the Employee also pulled through under Supervised Employees.
Was the Access Setup details, and Supervised Employees, supposed to pull through automatically?
