Setting up filtering for the participants in training event form

Hello,

I create a training event form. I want to know how can I filter observation of participants for supervisors?

I should mentioned that I set up position access set up but all supervisor still can see all participants in training event form.

I want each supervisor can only see related participants.

Is there any form for setting up this access?
