Set-up timing on absence actions

Hi, 

I set-up absence actions and am looking for the place and way to set the time parameters when the actions pop-up. For example action 1 is on day 1 of an absence and action 2 after 7 days of absence.

    Hi Peter,

    The “Absence Functions” are used to both control the number of days when and “Absence Action” should be triggered and which “Absence Actions” to use. This is for instance the case with the Function “T-ACTION”, which is used to “Generate action on the specified day with a specified time to perform it”. (These functions can however be a bit tricky to get a grip on.)

    The Functions are set up under either an Absence Group or Absence Type. Each Function is designed either for an Absence Group or a Type.
