Set up macros for HR templates

I have some templates in IFS HR where i need to be able to auto populate with names and addresses when i save them to the employee file. 

I ahve tried to review the Macros sections on this community but nothing is opening correctly (error 404). Does anyone have any notes i can follow to set the macros up myself in IFS and Word?
