I am trying to create an event/schedule to send an email to an employee whose qualification is about to expire or has expired.

I tried creating a Task schedule, but it doesn’t seem to work.

Did you set up a reminder template and use the standard events?

I did not, I just set it up. 

The events are active,

now, where to go from here.
