Rounding Rule Definition for 12:00 am

Hello Community,

We have an 8 hr. shift ending at midnight.  We are using “Rounding Rule Definition” for rounding to the nearest ¼ hr.  I’m trying to set the rule for an early-out clocking resulting in an Interval “Time Out” of 12:00 am.  However, IFS is not liking it:

Can this be configured, How??
