Hi,
The User connected to the Person do not have access to Company “FE”, because access to a Company is located on User.
Regards,
Magnus
Good day Magnus. I checked that as well. The User is connected to the Company; the Company is actually set as his Default Company. Anything else that can cause this problem? Thank you.
Just to be sure: has both the User of the Person/Employee who is doing the actual delegation, and the Person/Employee who the access is delegated to, company access to “FE”? I have not seen this error message myself. Therefore I do not have a definite answer. I am only reasoning based on your scenario.
If you cannot solve it, and no one else have seen/solved this before, I guess you have to report it. If a bug, the error messages are usually illogical. This error message seems rather clear and fitting the process.
Hi. I think I have an answer. In Users window saw that the Employee has two Usernames and only one of them was Connected to Company FE. When Company FE was linked to both Usernames, the Role Delegation worked. Thanks for your assistance; much appreciated.
