create a new employee using the same person ID in the new company then use the option ‘Transfer Employee Data’ under employments section in IFS cloud in the employee file to transfer the details required.

Transfer employee data option should be in the Right mouse button if you are using IFSAPP10 IEE client

Yes you are correct. Choose that option and give the person ID for whom you want to create new employment.

Good morning.  I followed the process to reassign an employee from Company X to Company Y: Did a New Employment for an Existing Person and completed all the steps.  I am battling though to Transfer Employment Data.  I go to Company Y, select the “Transfer Employment Data” option, box opens up for me to provide relevant details e.g Employee Name.  However, when I click on the “Employee” drop down, there are no results.  Did I miss a step before you do the Transfer of the Employment Data?  Many thanks.
