Could anyone explain the best practice to reactivate an employee who left the company earlier and has Status of Leaver in the employee file.

My advice is to ALWAYS use the Employment assistant. (Well, always use assistants, when ever there is one available… )
In Employment assistant there is a “reemploy” option to be used for this purpose.
