For customers who are in APP10, We can not able to add/modify or even not seeing the Quick Time Reporter in their Aurena client.
When first click, the page comes as below.
After few seconds, it changes lke below.
anyone knows why this happen and why the New button is not enabled? I checked all the possibilities of Permission sets and could not find any solution.

I had the same issue in IFS24/R1. Eventually, I added each employee where this was happening to the “Time Registration Employee Time Base” screen and they were able to login time direct to project. Also, Quick time reporter started working.
These particular employees only report time against projects. They are not using time clock or the related functionality. So, I think that situation has something to do with it but it may be a bug. Not sure.
