You don’t get an error message when trying to authorize the time for the same period and employees via the page Time Authorization? I’m asking this to exclude insufficient access rights/grants.

It seems, in your case there may be some hours in ‘Diff” column or not fully confirmed or anything else is missing. Please check at your end.

Hi ​@Asela Munasinghe There are couple of places you can check. First the position’s validity period of supervisor in Employee Files screen. If he is promoted, he cannot authorize time cards of previous direct subordinates and this error prompts. Another place is in Supervisor Access Setup screen - Access Valid From and Transactions Valid From fields. Please check those places and make sure they are within the valid range in contrast to subordinates.
