I wonder if someone can help me with an issue with regards to setting up a scheduling resource for PSO and protected persons in the HCM Module.
My understanding is that in order for a resource to be available in the drop down in Scheduling Resources the address type 'Visit' needs to be set .
However this means that the protected flag on the person record needs to be set as 'Unprotected'.
Is is possible to have a protected persons address record and still set them up as a scheduling resource?
